Toasted’s humble origins began as a farmer’s market pop-up, which grew into a food truck that made friends all around California. We now call our Carmel Mid-Valley restaurant location home and our beloved food truck has moved on to serve another local business. We have returned to our more intimate, pop-up style for catering and special events.
